Allo web is coming soon.

Google has confirmed that the desktop version of Allo will soon be available for desktop platform along with the built-in virtual assistant. The android version of Allo was first released in India and Allo has received a lot of appreciation for its unique features like Google Assistant, Smart reply, in-built Google search function etc.

Nick Fox Google’s VP of Communications Products has twitted this screenshot of development phase of Allo on a web browser. From the sneak peek, it is clear that Google will not make it a Windows or Mac specific app. Rather it may be a Chrome app built into the Chrome web browser. Google might also produce a web version of the app, which can be accessible through different browsers like WhatsApp web. It will also support Google Assistant which will help in suggestions while chatting with friends and the Bot itself. Google didn’t confirm the exact date of release for Allo web.
